Newt out

Just Paul and Mitt. Romney is about to take on Obama. Will he win? Unlikely given the attack style politics Republicans play. They can't connect with enough of the middle class, and they won't dig up enough dirt on Obama. That's too bad, a legitimate contender is what this country needed.

Mitt, Santy, Newt

Who do you pick (if you're a Republican)?

I'd have to say frontrunner should take it away. That's Romney.

United We Stand

The most wanted man in the world was killed last night.

America has won.

The wars may not be over, but we finally can claim victory.

Let' use this opportunity to stay bonded together as Americans, and to propel ourselves into the future as a nation united.

STEAL THIS FLAG!!

Pssst... hey! steal this flag! Display it on your blog to show your patriotism and that you're either an American yourself or are pro American and believe in the power of our great country. Or just to show your support for unity, or our amazing troops or whatever your favorite American cause may be! I certainly won't fault you if you choose not to display it, because that's up to you. It's a free country! This is NOT intended in any way to divide American and Foreign beliefs, anyone that wishes is welcome to display it no matter what country you are from. It was actually several Canadian blogs that I have seen proudly displaying their Maple Leaf that gave me the idea.

Simply copy and paste the following html into your sidebar and it should load directly from the Google server I uploaded it on:

Code has been fixed, it now has the link back built in!

Operation Truth

I came across a very interesting web site called Operation Truth, it is devoted to getting the story out of Iraq directly from the people on the front lines. Many of the soldiers have blogs that they can write to on a daily basis thru military provided computers and are used often to keep in touch with friends and family. Often Mom at home can log to her son or daughters blog and get the news about the daily events in Iraq even before it is shown on the news. These brave men and women put their lives in harms way every single night and day they are in that country, even if it is simple guard duty or other seemingly standard tasks that they are assigned to. It makes for some very fascinating reading so why not go over there and show your support!
